At the moment I am surfing the net and my darling, beautiful girlfriend just pointed me in the direction of a fantastical piece of ingenuity on the part of a group that are trying to make a change through the medium of music. They are called Playing for Change. The idea is to promote unity throughout the world through the medium of music. Some of the compilations are fantastic with celebrated artists such as Bono and Manu Chao appearing among others. Most of these people appearing in the videos have never even met yet have managed to create beautiful, moving pieces of music. The stand out one for me is the version of Stand By Me (watch out for Grandpa Eliot). The message they create is positive and the idea can bring a smile to your face, check it out it's worth it!
